Get to Know Lou
Originally from the state of Maine, I moved to Colorado in 1991 to attend a trade school for automotive technology. Since graduating, I have worn many hats as a career tradesman. My first career for 12 years professionally was spent as an auto technician, then moving on to electrical engineering technology, landing me in the electrical field. I spent 6 years as an installer, then moved into electrical construction management for a global electrical contractor overseeing multi-million dollar projects.
My family’s contractor history dates back to the end of WWII where my grandfather started Sanfacon Construction and specialized in residential custom homes. His craft fell into the hands of my father who continued the business into his later years. Growing up around construction and the process of building homes made me a 3rd generation builder with a strong background of electrical construction.
After years of hard work and study, I am proud to say today that I hold a license as a general contractor, and I am also a licensed electrical contractor, making Lou of All Trades and DBA Central Park Electric a complete turnkey contractor for all your construction and handyman needs.
Denver’s Central Park Neighborhood
The Central Park community is my home. I have met many families and friends over the years where my kids attend school and play sports. My number one goal is to become Central Park’s most trusted contractor for quality work at a fair price.
